Manage Your Prescriptions Online
Moss Vale Community Pharmacy encourages patients to download and make the most of the FREE MedAdvisor app. Trusted by over 3 million Australians nationwide, MedAdvisor offers ultimate convenience when viewing and ordering your prescriptions using your mobile device or computer.
View a list of your medications in the app, get reminders when you need a new prescription or need to collect your repeat, and even activate ‘carer mode’ to help manage the prescriptions of your loved ones. Once set up, you can order your prescriptions online with a single tap.

We understand that setting up apps and dealing with E-Scripts can be confusing, especially if you aren’t confident with smartphones. You don’t need to struggle alone! Come in-store to chat with our friendly team (no appointment necessary). We will happily sit with you, get the MedAdvisor app installed, provide your activation code, and show you exactly how to use it.
Filling Prescriptions
Paper Scripts
- Hand your paper prescription to our friendly staff over the counter.
- Scripts on File: We can store your repeat paper prescriptions in our secure filing system, so you never have to worry about losing them.
- Simply call us ahead of time, and we will have your repeat ready for you to collect when you arrive.
Electronic E-Scripts
- Present the QR code “token” on your smartphone screen to our team, and we will scan it instantly.
- If you have repeats, a new token is automatically sent to your phone as soon as your medicine is dispensed.
- Easily forward your E-Script token to a family member or carer if they are picking up medications on your behalf.
Managing Your Medications
Keeping track of when your repeats are running low or when you need to see your doctor for a new prescription can be a challenge. We provide several services to take the mental load off your shoulders.
Skip the Queue
Order your repeats ahead of time using the MedAdvisor app or by giving us a call. We will prepare your medications so they are waiting for you when you walk in.
Free Home Delivery
Order your repeats via the app or forward your E-Script SMS directly to our pharmacy team. We can prepare your medicines and arrange for our free home delivery service.
Active Script List (ASL)
Register for an ASL with us. This secure digital list holds all your active E-Scripts in one place, so you don’t have to search through old text messages for tokens.
Clinical Cross-Checking
Every script is cross-referenced against your medication history to protect against allergic reactions or adverse drug interactions.
